I am a passionate HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist committed to providing high-quality psychological therapy.
I specialise in understanding the impact of difficult experiences, including trauma, on the belief system. Specifically how our experiences impact the way we view ourselves, other people and the world around us. I take a compassionate approach to understanding complexity, working towards strengthening a healthy self-identity and cultivating positive change.
Alongside delivering private psychological therapy, I work within a highly specialist NHS community and secure service, providing assessment and intervention for clients to understand and reduce the impact of trauma upon their mental health, and associated behaviours. Within this role, I also deliver intervention for parents aimed at improving their ability to protect their children from sexual harm.
I aim to work towards reducing distress for those affected by (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma related difficulties, relationship difficulties, anxiety difficulties (such as phobias), grief and loss, anger management, sexual difficulties, self-esteem, personality difficulties, self harm and difficulties that may be exasperated by neurodiversity.

With this in mind, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your current difficulties and to consider, together, whether the service we offer is right for you.

During the assessment phase, we will develop a collaborative understanding of your difficulties.
We will then develop a flexible treatment plan. This will typically involve weekly sessions between 50- 90 minutes over 2- 24 weeks.

We deliver a wide a range of individual psychological therapies aimed at improving mental health and strengthening healthy behaviours. These include therapies across a range of approaches such as Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), informed Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
